To keep things clear and supportive for everyone, here are the key details around bookings and payments.

Securing Your Place
Secure your place with full payment or with a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the retreat.
Your remaining balance can be paid in full or in agreed instalments, with final payment due by July 20th, 2026.
Your place is confirmed once your deposit has been received.

If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that the retreat cannot go ahead (for example due to insufficient numbers, venue issues, or circumstances outside of our control), all payments made will be fully refunded, including your deposit.

If You Need to Cancel
We understand that life happens, and if your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.
• The $500 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place in the retreat
• If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the retreat, you will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit
• If you cancel within 4 weeks of the retreat, payments are non-refundable
If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another woman, and we’re happy to support you with this.

Health & Attendance
If you are unwell leading up to the retreat and unable to attend, please reach out to us.
Where possible, we will support you in transferring your place or exploring options that feel fair for both you and the retreat.
If a participant becomes unwell during the retreat and needs to leave, we are unable to offer refunds.

A Final Note
This retreat is an intimate experience, and your booking contributes to the overall group and venue commitments.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for these terms, which allow us to create a beautiful, well-held experience for everyone involved.
