2. By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

3. Refunds are available for requests made 48 hours prior to the session. We need time to plan and make the tickets available to those on the waiting list.

4. In case of the Event is canceled, we will refund the cost of tickets only.

5. All refunds do not include "Ticket fee" and "Processing fee". They are part of Trybooking fee and NON-refundable. We can only refund the cost of ticket for the event.
