1. Custom Printing & User Errors
Because composite cards are custom-manufactured for each individual talent, reprints or refunds cannot be provided for "change of mind" or for typos, spelling mistakes, and incorrect measurements submitted by the purchaser during checkout. Please review your typed details carefully before submitting.

2. Complimentary Layout Assistance & Limitation of Liability
The physical printing is a direct, zero-profit cost recovery pass-through from a third-party supplier. The artwork arrangement, typesetting, and image placement are provided by the agency as a complimentary, best-efforts service to help you get your cards quickly.

The agency operates with strict care, but to the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, the agency is not financially liable for any third-party printing costs or replacement fees resulting from typographical, scaling, or administrative human errors. If an administrative error is made by our staff, the agency’s responsibility is strictly limited to correcting and providing you with the revised digital layout file.

The printer will send you an invoice directly to pay before they print your comp cards. The price is $100 including GST (subject to change pending printers costings)

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
