As a volunteer, I agree to:
• Carry out tasks assigned by the event organisers
• Treat all attendees, staff, and other volunteers respectfully
• Arrive on time and notify organisers if I cannot attend
2. Voluntary Nature
I understand that:
• My participation is voluntary
• I will not receive payment for my services
• This agreement does not create an employment relationship
3. Health & Safety
• I confirm I am physically capable of performing my assigned duties
• I will report any hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately
• I will follow all safety procedures provided
4. Code of Conduct
I agree to:
• Behave responsibly and professionally
• Follow direction from event coordinators
5. Agreement
By registering as a volunteer, I confirm that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
