Partial refunds (all funds minus the $10 fundraising donation per person) will be permitted until Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 6.30pm. No full refunds will be given due to the fundraising nature of the event. No refunds will be granted after Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 6.30pm.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
