Payment confirms your child's spot.
Because places are limited and materials are prepared in advance, the following applies:
• 7+ days before the workshop: full refund or transfer to a future workshop.
• Less than 7 days before: we're unable to offer a refund, but you're welcome to send another child in your place or transfer your spot to someone else - just let us know the name.
• No-shows: non-refundable.
• If we cancel (including if minimum numbers aren't reached): you'll receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a credit toward a future workshop.
• Illness: if your child is unwell, contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to offer a credit. A minimum number of bookings is required to run the workshop.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
