Tickets MUST be shown at the door, per person, per entry. Tickets will not be sold at the venue.
No parents / caregivers or siblings allowed in backstage area
Both shows are exactly the same. Photos taken at morning show, Raffle drawn at night show & show is videoed for purchasing at night show.
Encore Dance cannot determine the end time of shows.
NO refund or exchange on purchased tickets. Encore Dance is unable to hold or reserve tickets. Tickets only available for purchase online.
Please arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to show
STRICTLY NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO ALLOWED DURING THIS EVENT.
Disability Seating: STRICTLY for those ONLY with Disabilities and Wheelchairs, accompanied by ONE carer only (Maximum 2 disabled seats per booking). Due to limited disability seating and to be considerate to all, we do not have enough disabled seating to accommodate for other family or friends in the disabled seating areas. Additional tickets purchased in disabled area's for non disabled guests may result in tickets being cancelled at ticket holder's expense should we run out of seating for others with disabilities. To avoid disappointment and secure your seating at this concert event please ensure to book appropriate seating for all.
Encore Dance students participating in Concert Event DO NOT require a ticket and MUST attend both shows. No students participating in concert will be allowed to leave the back stage area until after the shows have finished. We please ask parents to wait patiently in the foyer area to collect child after the show is complete. Students shall leave one at a time in allocated groups, released only when parents are in clear view by Encore Dance staff. Each child and their safety is important to us and we thank you for your help and patience to manage each groups departure after show is complete.
Children under the age of 3 that are in a pram or sitting on a parents lap DO NOT require a ticket. Any child under the age of 3 that requires a seat, a ticket MUST be purchased.
