EVENT WAIVER
By purchasing a ticket I agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
Assumption of Risk:
I understand and accept that participation in this car show involves certain risks, including
potential damage to my vehicle or personal injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with
attending and displaying my vehicle.
Release of Liability:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that my participation in the Mary Brooksbank School P&C
Incorporated Fundraising Car Show is voluntary. I understand that displaying my vehicle and
attending the event involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, damage, or
injury.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release and hold
harmless the P&C Incorporated of Mary Brooksbank, its members, volunteers, sponsors,
organisers, and the NSW Department of Education from any and all liability, claims, demands,
actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or
death that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the event, whether
caused by negligence or otherwise.

Vehicle Safety & Conduct:
I confirm that my vehicle is safe, roadworthy, and insured. I agree to operate it safely and will
not rev engines, perform burnouts, or engage in any behaviour that could be considered
dangerous or disruptive.
Indemnity:
I agree to indemnify Mary Brooksbank School, Mary Brooksbank School P&C Incorporated, and
its representatives for any costs or claims arising from my actions or the condition of my
vehicle.
Photography & Promotion:
I consent to photos and videos of myself, and my vehicle being taken during the event and used
in promotional materials or social media posts related to Mary Brooksbank School or future
events.
Children and School Grounds:
I acknowledge this is a family-friendly school event and agree to exercise extra care and respect
for students, families, and school property.
I agree to abide by all event rules and regulations and understand that failure to do so may
result in removal from the event.
I have read this waiver and understand its terms. By purchasing a ticket I agree voluntarily and with full knowledge of
its significance.
