Participant Responsibility

By registering for or attending Bachata Flavour Wednesdays classes and social parties, you acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and dance, which carry inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk, to warm up appropriately before dancing, to follow all instructions provided by instructors or staff, and to exercise reasonable care during all activities.
Please promptly inform the instructors or staff of any discomfort, pain, or injury experienced during the session.

Liability Release and Waiver

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers, instructors, staff, and hosting venue from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation.
The organisers and venue are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring before, during, or after the class or social party. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for the care and security of their personal belongings. The organisers, instructors, staff, and venue are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

Photography and Videography

Classes and social parties may be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes. Attendance at the event implies consent for the use of images or footage in online or print media without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the organisers or instructors prior to the start of the event.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously at all times. This includes respectful interaction with fellow dancers, instructors, staff, and venue personnel.
Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour, or disruption of the class or social environment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Refund Policy

All class and event fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency, at the discretion of the organisers.
