By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance via TryBooking. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
Refunds & Cancellations
Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.
Refunds will only be considered if a class is cancelled by the Gallery.
Missed Classes
We are unable to offer make-up classes or credits for missed sessions.
Changes to Program
The Gallery reserves the right to make changes to class content, facilitators, or scheduling if required. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
Supervision & Pickup
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pickup of children. The Gallery is not able to provide supervision outside of scheduled class times.
Health & Safety
Please do not send your child to class if they are unwell. The Gallery may contact parents/carers to arrange early collection if a child becomes unwell during a session.
Photography & Documentation
Photographs may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please advise the Gallery in writing prior to the program.
This is a hands-on, practical class. We will be getting messy! Please ensure you child is wearing clothes and shoes that can get paint and other art supplies on them. Shoes must have an enclosed toe.
