MEDIA NOTICE
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken throughout this LE Summit for ministry, promotional, educational, and reporting purposes by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and its affiliated entities.
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge and consent to photographs, video, and audio recordings being taken and used for ministry, promotional, educational, and reporting purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings are responsible for advising the Event Coordinator upon arrival and for taking reasonable steps to avoid areas where filming or photography is taking place. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate such requests, the organisers cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear incidentally in group photographs or recordings.

Purpose of the Summit
LE Summits are annual events where Literature Evangelists (Independent Book Distributors) and supporters come together for encouragement, inspiration, fellowship, and training. LE Summits provide valuable opportunities for professional development, practical skills training, and front-line mission experience.
By attending this event, you agree to represent Jesus Christ and the Seventh-day Adventist Church through your positive attitude, respectful conduct, and professional behaviour.
LE Summits are Adventist Media-funded training events designed to support and equip accredited Independent Book Distributors (IBDs) in Literature Evangelism. To maintain consistency with the training objectives and Adventist Media sponsorship, only approved products sourced through HopeShop may be promoted, displayed, or sold at LE Summit events.
Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that, unless engaged by Adventist Media or the event organisers as a trainer or in another authorised capacity, I am participating in this LE Summit as a visitor or self-employed Independent Book Distributor (IBD), and not as an employee, agent, or representative of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, the hosting church, Adventist Media, or the event organisers. I remain responsible for my own business activities and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
I declare that the information provided in this registration is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I wish to attend and participate in this LE Summit. I acknowledge that participation involves certain risks, including the possibility of personal injury, loss, or property damage, and I voluntarily accept these risks, understanding that all reasonable care will be taken to minimise foreseeable risks.
Risk Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that the LE Summit organisers, Adventist Media, the hosting venue, and associated personnel are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought to the event. Any lost property collected during the event will be retained for 21 days following the conclusion of the outreach, after which it may be disposed of if unclaimed.
Medical Treatment Authorisation
In the event of an accident, injury, or illness, and where it is impracticable to communicate with me or my nominated emergency contact, I authorise the LE Summit Coordinator or their appointed representatives to arrange and consent to any emergency medical treatment considered necessary by a duly qualified medical practitioner, including X-ray examinations, anaesthesia, medical, surgical, dental, or hospital treatment.
Insurance
I acknowledge that I am responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage that I consider necessary for my participation, including personal accident, public liability, and vehicle insurance where applicable.
Compliance
I agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue requirements, safety instructions, and training provided by LE Summit leadership during the event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
