1. Registration & Consent: The Enrolment Questions and Health Consent Form must be fully completed and submitted before the clinic. By registering, you agree to all Terms & Conditions.
2. Preparation: Participants must eat and hydrate adequately before the clinic to ensure sufficient energy.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:
*Organiser Cancellation: A full refund will be issued, unless due to weather-related reasons (see Point 7).
*Participant Cancellation: No refunds within 72 hours of the clinic, but an online training program may be provided at the Organiser's discretion.
4. Afterpay Payments: Refunds (except for Organiser cancellations) will incur a $6 administration fee.
5. Photography: Photos taken during the session may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, notify the Event Organiser in advance.
6. Liability: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree that participation is at your own risk. The Event Organiser is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death, including those caused by negligence, omission, or breach of contract.
7. Weather Policy: Training proceeds in wet weather, and no refunds will be issued due to extreme conditions. The Event Organiser will attempt to arrange a wet weather solution before considering cancellation.
