By purchasing or accepting a ticket to the Year 11 Formal, all students and guests agree to the following terms and conditions: entry is only permitted with a valid ticket, and students must arrive and depart at the designated times set by the organisers. All attendees are required to follow instructions from venue staff, venue management, and security at all times. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behaviour, in which case no refund will be provided. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards students, staff, venue employees, and property at all times, and bullying, harassment, fighting, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Any damages caused by attendees may result in financial responsibility for repairs or replacement costs. The formal is strictly alcohol-free, smoke-free, and drug-free, and the possession or use of alcohol, vaping devices, cigarettes, or illegal substances is prohibited. Any attendee found under the influence may be removed from the event and parents or guardians may be contacted immediately. The event will be supervised by staff members and/or approved adult supervisors, and students must remain within designated event areas unless given permission otherwise. Emergency procedures and venue safety rules must be followed at all times. External guests may only attend if approved by organisers prior to the event and must comply with all formal rules and conditions. Organisers reserve the right to deny entry to any guest deemed unsuitable. Photos and videos may be taken during the event for school or commemorative purposes, and by attending, students consent to appearing in event photography unless otherwise advised in writing. Dietary requirements must be submitted before the specified deadline, and final catering numbers may be confirmed prior to the event and cannot be changed after the deadline. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, and the school and organisers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. By attending the Year 11 Formal, students and guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
