The Organisers reserve the right to limit attendance numbers and to alter or cancel bookings without reference. In such cases where bookings are cancelled ticket purchasers will be advised and a refund issued.

Please note that if you have requested any special dietary requirements we will use best endeavours to provide these. There may be some requests where your needs are so specialised or particular that we are unable to provide them. In these circumstances we will advise you accordingly to allow you to make your own arrangements or seek a refund of your ticket.   

This meeting will be held in Lodge Room 1 on Level 1 of Freemasons Melbourne, 288 Victoria Parade East Melbourne Victoria, 3002.
