• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. The event organiser must be notified prior to the event.
• Workshop places are secured only upon full payment.
• Tickets are non-transferable between ticket categories.
• Dietary requirements for Full Day Look & Learn + Hands On Workshop attendees must be provided to the event organiser within 7 days ofpurchasing a ticket. While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, this cannot be guaranteed if notification is not received within the required timeframe.
• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, format, educator, or inclusions if required.
• Attendees are expected to treat the venue, equipment, tools, and other attendees with respect. Any damage caused through negligence, misuse, or intentional actions may result in the attendee being responsible for repair or replacement costs.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or adversely impacts the experience of others.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
