Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Strict No Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or if a performer is unable to participate.
In the absolute exceptional circumstance that the event is officially cancelled or completely rescheduled by management, a policy update will be communicated directly to all primary ticket purchasers.
2. Filming, Photography, and Media Consent
Production Recording: Please be aware that this event is a live production and will be professionally filmed, photographed, and recorded.
Media Release: By entering the venue and attending the showcase, the Ticket Holder (and any minors in their care) grants the event organizers the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any live or recorded video, photograph, or audio format.
Usage: This media may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, commercial, or educational purposes worldwide, without further compensation or notification.
Audience Flash Photography: For the safety of our performers on stage, strict flash photography by audience members is prohibited during the performances.

Seating Allocation: Ticket Holders must occupy their designated seats or sections as indicated on their tickets (e.g., General Admission or Allocated VIP Rows).
Right of Refusal: The event organizers and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner without a refund.
4. Liability
Attendance is at the Ticket Holder's own risk. The event organizers and the venue accept no responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained while attending the event.
