Group Booking Terms & Conditions
• Group bookings are available for parties of 10 or more guests only.
• A non-refundable deposit of $25 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Cancellations or changes to guest numbers must be provided in writing to hello@theview.email at least 24 hours prior to the booked session time.
• Deposits will not be refunded where the required written notice is not provided within the required timeframe.
• No partial refunds or credits will be provided for guests who do not attend, cancel late, or where the total food and beverage spend is less than the deposit amount paid.
• At the conclusion of the booking, all food and beverage purchases made by the group/table will be totalled together, regardless of whether guests pay individually or as one bill.
• Where the total spend equals or exceeds the deposit amount paid, the full deposit will be refunded to the original payment method on the same business day.
If the total amount spent is less than the deposit the amount spent will be refunded and The View on Mount Glorious will retain the balance.
• Large groups may experience wait times for food and beverages, particularly during busy periods.
• While our kitchen team will always do their best, meals for large groups ordered at the same time may not all arrive simultaneously.
• Seating areas are allocated/changed based on group size, availability and weather conditions at management’s discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings where these terms are not complied with or in unforeseen operational circumstances.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
