Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to GLOW & FLOW – Neon Nights Silent Disco, you agree to the following:

• Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

• Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal circumstances.

• Tickets may be transferred to another homeschool family if you are unable to attend. Please notify the organisers prior to the event so attendee details can be updated.

• If the event is cancelled by the organisers and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price paid.

• Parent or guardian supervision is required at all times. This is not a drop-off event.

• Attendees participate at their own risk. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and wellbeing of the children in their care throughout the event.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask attendees to leave if behaviour is unsafe, aggressive, or significantly impacts the safety and enjoyment of others.

• By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs may be taken in public areas of the event. Please advise the organisers before the event if your family does not wish to be photographed.

• If your child or family has any additional needs, supports or accommodations that may assist participation, please let the organisers know so reasonable adjustments can be considered.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
