Accommodation
Your ticket includes accommodation and meals for the weekend, with the choice of:
Shared cabins with toilet and shower facilities
Grass camping and caravan sites with access to shared toilets and showers
Please note that cabins cannot be booked individually for couples/families. Cabins accommodate approximately 15–30 people and consist of 2–4 bedrooms with a number of bunk beds.
We will do our best to allocate cabin accommodation so that families and friends can stay with people they know and feel comfortable with.
Please bring your own:
Sheets or sleeping bag, Pillows, Towels These items are not supplied.
There are no powered camping or caravan sites available. If you plan to use a generator, you will be allocated a site away from the main camping area to minimise noise for other guests.

Friday Night Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Sunday Breakfast
Providing meals helps keep everyone together throughout the weekend and ensures the Saturday morning ride can depart on time.
*Dietary Requirements & Allergies* Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements or allergies. If you have dietary needs, allergies, or are a particularly selective eater, you will need to bring your own food. A communal BBQ area and main dining area will be available for everyone to use.
Important Information
Licola is a remote town located in the heart of the Victorian High Country. We recommend bringing: Drinks, Snacks, medications, Alcohol (if desired), and any additional food you may require Once you arrive, you are a long way from the nearest shops, so it’s best to come prepared.

Most importantly, every ticket purchased includes a donation towards Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) awareness and support, helping us honour Nate’s memory and make a difference for other families affected by SMA.
