INDEMNITY: In consideration of being accepted as a competitor or guest I absolve Babinda & District Amateur Fishing Club inc It’s tournament committee, volunteers and assistants from any liability whatsoever. The club, invitees, licensees or guest will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage of any kind, which may be suffered by any person during the excursion. All people are to fully understand that in participating they do so entirely at their own risk. If signing on behalf of another angler you agree they are aware of this indemnity.
