**Terms and Conditions**

All workshop ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please contact [mizuhiki@annajapana.com] to keep our attendance records up to date.

Workshop cancellations are at the discretion of Anna Japana and will be communicated via email. In the event that a workshop is cancelled by Anna Japana, a full refund will be issued.

**Photography**

By attending the workshop, you consent to photography. Photographs taken during the workshop may be used for Anna Japana's promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs shared on social media or other promotional materials, please let us know on the day of the workshop. We will ensure that your face is blurred before any images are published.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
