I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules which govern this event and I acknowledge and understand that the Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club Inc, their members, officers, servants or agents and all others involved in the management and conduct of this event shall not be liable for any loss of life or injury or for the loss of property or damage thereto whatsoever or howsoever occurring. Attention to ISAF fundamental rule 4 - It is the skippers sole responsibility on whether to participate in a race or continue participating.

Use of Name and Likeness
By participation in this event, a competitor automatically grants to the Organising Authority and the sponsors of the event, the right in perpetuity, to make, use and show, from time to time and at their discretion, any motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or film television and other reproductions of him/her during the period of the competition for said event in which the competitor participated and in all material related to the said event without compensation.
