Terms & Conditions – Karalee State School P&C Bingo Night
By purchasing tickets to this event, attendees agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
The event is conducted by the Karalee State School P&C Association. The organiser reserves the right to amend the event format, schedule, prizes or activities if required.
All attendees must be over 18 years of age
Alcohol may only be consumed by persons aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested. Alcohol must not be supplied to minors.
Attendees must not bring their own alcohol onto the premises. Any alcohol consumed must be purchased through the licensed event bar and consumed in accordance with venue requirements.
Any attendee who is intoxicated, behaves in a disruptive manner, or does not follow reasonable directions from organisers or venue staff may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.
Prizes must be claimed on the night unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the organiser.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought to the event.
Photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be used by the Karalee State School P&C Association for promotional purposes, including newsletters, social media and future event advertising. If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please notify an organiser on arrival.
By attending the event, participants accept that bingo is a game of chance and that all decisions made by event officials regarding gameplay, prize allocation and winner verification are final.
Food and beverage add-ons must be purchased prior to the closing date specified by the organiser. Availability on the night cannot be guaranteed.
The organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
Any raffle conducted during the event will be subject to Queensland gaming and fundraising requirements. Winners must be present or contactable to claim prizes.
By completing a booking, attendees acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions will appear during the booking process and on tickets/receipts where configured in TryBooking.
