Enrolment & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your place in the course.
Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the commencement of the training.

Student Cancellation
More than 14 days before the course start date
Any payments made, excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

7–14 days before the course start date
Payments may be transferred to a future Earth Walk Therapies Relaxation/Swedish Massage Training course within 12 months, subject to availability.
The $100 deposit remains non-refundable.

Less than 7 days before the course start date
No refunds will be provided.
Transfers may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Earth Walk Therapies.

Non-Attendance
If a student does not attend the course without prior notice, all payments will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be available.

Course Transfers
One course transfer may be offered within a 12-month period from the original course date. Additional transfers may incur an administration fee.

Illness or Emergency
Earth Walk Therapies understands that unexpected circumstances can arise. In cases of serious illness, injury, or family emergency, supporting documentation may be requested. A transfer to a future course may be offered at the discretion of Earth Walk Therapies.

Cancellation by Earth Walk Therapies
Earth Walk Therapies reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrolment numbers, illness, venue issues, or events beyond our control.
Should this occur, participants will be offered:
A transfer to a future course date; or
A full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit.
Earth Walk Therapies is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

Learning Materials
Training manuals, handouts, digital resources, and course materials remain the intellectual property of Earth Walk Therapies and may not be reproduced, shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Agreement
By enrolling in the Relaxation/Swedish Massage Training course, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
