All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, change of mind, illness, work commitments or other personal circumstances.

Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the organisers prior to the event.

Should the organisers cancel the event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement at the organisers' discretion.

The organisers reserve the right to alter speakers, schedules, venue arrangements or event content where circumstances require.

Dietary requirements must be provided at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, requests received after booking cannot be guaranteed.

This is a BYO alcohol event. Attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with any directions provided by organisers or venue representatives.

Attendees participate at their own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained during the event.

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes.

Photographs, video recordings and media interviews may be conducted during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness and comments in promotional materials, publications, websites, social media, media releases and other communications relating to the Bass Coast VFF Branch and its activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, filmed or recorded, please advise the organisers upon arrival and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your request.

The Bass Coast VFF Branch reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
