NQ Breathwork – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending an NQ Breathwork event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
## Participation
9D Breathwork is an active breathwork experience that may involve deep breathing techniques, immersive audio, emotional processing and physical sensations. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you are responsible for listening to your body and adjusting your participation as needed.
## Medical Disclaimer
9D Breathwork is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
You should consult your healthcare professional before participating if you have any concerns regarding your physical or mental health.
This event is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, a history of seizures, severe cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, severe respiratory conditions, severe mental health conditions, or any other medical condition that may be impacted by intensive breathing techniques.
If you are unsure whether this experience is appropriate for you, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner prior to attending.
## Personal Responsibility
By attending this event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing during and after the session.
You agree to immediately inform the facilitator if you experience discomfort or wish to discontinue participation.
## Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NQ Breathwork, its facilitators, staff, contractors and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, emotional distress or other adverse outcomes arising from participation in the event.
## Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person or request a credit toward a future NQ Breathwork event, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given prior to the event start time.
Requests made within 24 hours of the event may not be eligible for transfer or credit.
In the unlikely event that NQ Breathwork cancels or reschedules an event, attendees will be offered a transfer, credit or refund.
## Arrival and Late Entry
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter once the session has commenced, as this may disrupt the experience for other participants.
## Photography and Media
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken before or after events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media content, please notify the facilitator before the event begins.
## Acknowledgement
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you confirm that:

• You are participating voluntarily.
• You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing.
• You understand the potential risks associated with breathwork practices.
• You release NQ Breathwork and its representatives from liability to the extent permitted by law.
