To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all children, sessions are limited to booked participants only. Bookings are available for 1 or 2 children per family only. Any additional children beyond 2 will require an additional parent or carer to attend. Due to venue capacity, only children and adults included in the booking may attend.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We understand that plans can change with little ones! Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least the night before the event, and you are welcome to transfer your booking to another available session or pass your ticket on to another family.
Participation & Child Experience:
Our sessions are relaxed, pressure-free, and designed for little ones to explore at their own pace. Every child engages differently in sensory play; whether that's joining in, observing, or taking time to warm up! All approaches are completely welcome.
Clothing & Mess:
Messy play activities may include paint, water, food dye, and other sensory materials. We recommend that children wear old clothes that you don't mind getting messy. We are not responsible for any staining or damage to clothing or personal belongings.
Health & Safety / Allergies:
Most activities may involve food-based, sensory or craft materials. While we will be mindful of common allergens when planning activities, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
All children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times. We facilitate the session and activities but we do not provide childcare.
Photography & Media:
Parents and carers are welcome to take photos of their own child during the session, provided this does not include other children. We ask that all photography is respectful of other families' privacy and that children are not photographed without permission.
We may also take photographs and short videos during the session for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on our social media and other promotional materials. Photos will be taken from above or of children's hands and activities, and we do not intentionally photograph children's faces. No identifying images will be used.
If you do not wish for your child to be included in any photography or filming, please let us know on the day, and we will ensure they are not included.
Session Changes on our end:
In the event that a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, attendees will be notified AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and offered a transfer to another date!
Illnesses:
To help keep our sessions safe for all families, please do not attend if you or your little one is feeling unwell or has experienced symptoms of illness within the past 24-48 hours. If you're unable to attend due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible.
Liability:
As much as we want to have fun, we want our little ones and yourselves to stay safe. By attending, you acknowledge that messy and sensory play involves active, hands-on exploration and may include movement, water, uneven or slippery surfaces, and the use of various play materials. Participation is at your own discretion, and children must remain under the supervision of their parent or carer at all times.
Safe Participation:
We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all families. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any participant to leave a session if the behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or impacts the safety or environment of others. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
