Brickbot Academy — Enrolment Terms & Conditions
1. PAYMENT: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session enrolment.
2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations with 2 or more days' notice prior to the first session receive a full credit toward a future term. Cancellations within 2 days of the term start are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and may be transferred to a sibling.
3. RESCHEDULING: Brickbot Academy reserves the right to reschedule individual sessions due to unforeseen venue or educator availability. Affected families will be notified by email and alternative dates offered.
4. VENUE: Session venue details are sent via email on booking confirmation. Sessions are held at hired community venues in Melbourne, VIC.
5. EQUIPMENT: All LEGO Education materials and equipment are provided. Students must not remove materials from the venue. Brickbot Academy is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during sessions.
6. SUPERVISION: Sessions are supervised by a Brickbot Academy educator at all times. Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the advertised session times.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY: Brickbot Academy may photograph or film sessions for marketing purposes. If you do not consent to your child being photographed, please notify us at info@brickbot.com.au before the first session.
8. HEALTH: Please do not send your child if they are unwell. Notify us by email or phone if your child will be absent.
