Slime Dessert Cart Experience – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Slime Dessert Cart Experience (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Participation
Participation in the Event is at your own risk. All attendees must follow the instructions provided by event staff at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

2. Adult Supervision
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult for the duration of the Event. The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of the child while attending the Event.
Participants attend the Event at their own risk. Love From Celine is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to, used at, or left at the Event venue.

3. Safe Use of Slime
Parents, guardians, and supervising adults acknowledge that slime is a play product only and is not edible. Participants must not ingest, consume, or place slime in their mouths.

The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring that children use and handle the slime safely, appropriately, and in accordance with any instructions provided by event staff. Love From Celine accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, damage, or other claim arising from the misuse of slime or the failure of a parent, guardian, or supervising adult to adequately supervise a child

. 4. Allergies and Sensitivities
The slime and decorative materials used during the Event may contain ingredients that could cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. It is the responsibility of the participant or their parent or guardian to determine whether participation is suitable and to notify staff of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to participation.

5. Photography and Filming
By purchasing a ticket, attending the Event, and accepting these Terms & Conditions, participants and, where applicable, their parent, guardian, or responsible adult provide consent for Love From Celine to photograph and film participants during the Event for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and other business-related purposes.

This consent will remain in effect unless it is expressly withdrawn prior to or during the Event. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying a Love From Celine staff member or authorised representative. Upon receiving such notification, Love From Celine will take reasonable steps to ensure that the participant is not photographed or filmed from that point onwards.

Where consent has been withdrawn, participants may be provided with an identifier, wristband, or other reasonable means of notifying staff that they are not to be photographed or filmed.

By attending the Event, participants and their parent, guardian, or responsible adult acknowledge and agree to the use of photographs and video footage captured prior to any withdrawal of consent.

6. Refunds, Cancellations and No-Shows
All ticket sales are final.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations, change of mind, inability to attend, late arrival, partial attendance, or no-shows.

If a participant does not attend their booked session for any reason, the booking fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

7. Event Changes
Love From Celine reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the Event where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to venue requirements, safety concerns, severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Where an Event change made by Love From Celine affects a participant’s ability to attend their booked session, Love From Celine will honour the booking by offering the participant a transfer to another available session or a credit of equivalent value for use at a future Love From Celine event, workshop, or activity, subject to availability and any applicable booking requirements.

Except where required by law, no cash refunds will be provided in respect of Event changes covered by this clause.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love From Celine, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or claim arising from participation in the Event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
