# Silent Disco Walking Tour Terms & Conditions
## Participation
By booking and participating in an Off The Leash Tours Silent Disco Walking Tour, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a walking activity conducted in public spaces, including footpaths, parks, roads, pedestrian crossings and waterfront areas.
Participants are responsible for their own safety at all times and must exercise reasonable care and awareness of their surroundings.
## Safety
Participants must:
* Follow all instructions provided by the tour host.
* Obey road rules, traffic signals and pedestrian crossings.
* Remain aware of their surroundings, including vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians and potential hazards.
* Avoid behaviour that may place themselves or others at risk.
The use of headphones does not remove a participant's responsibility to remain aware of their environment.
## Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that participation in the tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, weather conditions and interactions with other members of the public.
Off The Leash Tours accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage or expense arising from a participant's failure to follow instructions, act responsibly or exercise reasonable care.
In simple terms: please don't walk into traffic, climb on things you shouldn't, or fall into the water. We would all prefer to avoid that.
## Children
Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a participating adult at all times.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety and behaviour of children attending the tour.
## Health & Fitness
Participants confirm they are physically capable of participating in a walking tour of approximately 60–75 minutes.
If you have any medical condition that may affect your participation, please consider whether the tour is suitable for you before booking.
## Weather
Tours operate in most weather conditions. Please bring the correct clothing for all weather events.
Off The Leash Tours reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel a tour in the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
## Photography & Video
Photographs and video may be taken during the tour and used for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photos or videos should notify the tour host prior to the commencement of the tour.
## Equipment
Participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of any equipment provided, including silent disco headphones.
Off The Leash Tours reserves the right to charge for equipment that is deliberately damaged, lost or not returned.
## Cancellation & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless:
* The tour is cancelled by Off The Leash Tours.
* A transfer or refund is offered at the discretion of Off The Leash Tours.
## Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off The Leash Tours, its owners, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, delay or inconvenience arising from participation in the tour, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
By completing a booking, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
