(1) Refunds will only be provided if CIT is notified 2 weeks prior to the event date. Any request for refund after this date must be supported by medical certificate and will be considered at CITs discretion. No refund will be provided for registered attendees that fail to attend on the day of ceremony.
(2) Requests to change ceremony session times must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event date.
(3) The number of attendees at each event is limited.
(4) CIT reserves the right the cancel session times where registration numbers do not meet the required amount for a viable session to run.
(5) CIT reserves the right to not admit attendees that arrive after sign in has closed 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
(6) Gowns must be returned prior to leaving the event. Where gowns are not returned an additional charge will be incurred.
(7) By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from CIT.
