Terms and Conditions  −  Level Up - Gymnastics Come and Try (5-10 years)

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

1. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to:
• Treat staff, volunteers, and other members with respect and courtesy.
• Follow all reasonable directions given by Shire of Boddington staff or session facilitators.
• Use equipment and facilities appropriately and safely.
• Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate language or behaviour.
• Respect Shire of Boddington property and the property of others.

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation from the program.

2. Supervision & Duty of Care
Shire of Boddington staff do not take responsibility for young people whom leave the program or who are not on the premises, during operating hours.

The parents/guardian is responsible for ensuring safe arrival to and departure from the venue.

Shire of Boddington staff do not have authority to keep young people at the program at the request of parents.

The parent/guardian must accompany any young person younger than 10 years.

Shire of Boddington staff are not responsible for participants outside of operating hours.

3. Health & Safety
The parent/guardian must notify staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or support needs that may affect participation.

In the event of illness or injury, staff will provide first aid and contact parents/guardians or emergency services if required.

Shire of Boddington staff cannot provide care beyond basic supervision and support. A support worker must be provided if a young person has specific needs.

Shire of Boddington staff do not administer medications or assist with medical issues.

In the event of a medical emergency, the youth will be given appropriate medical assistance, and the parent/guardian agrees to meet any expenses incurred for medical treatment or transport.

4. Behaviour Management
Level Up operates a fair and consistent behaviour management process, which includes:
• Two verbal warnings
• Removal from activities
• Suspension or termination of membership

The parent/guardian will be notified if removal from activities, suspension or termination occurs.

5. Personal Belongings
Members are responsible for their personal belongings.

The Shire of Boddington accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Use of Facilities & Equipment
Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.

Any damage or misuse may result in restricted access or recovery of costs.

7. Photography & Media Consent
The Shire of Boddington may take photos/videos during activities for promotional purposes.

Consent will be obtained via the Membership Form.

Members without consent will not be included in media.

8. Privacy
Personal information collected is used solely for membership administration, communication, and safety purposes.

Information will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy legislation.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Shire of Boddington may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
