1. Bookings

1.1 To make a reservation, customers must provide full name, contact information, and payment details. A reservation is not confirmed until a booking confirmation email has been sent.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a charge equal to the full booking amount.

3. Payment

3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit card, debit card. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Liability

4.1 The provider is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay/event, except where required by law.

5. Privacy

5.1 Your personal information will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and only for processing your booking and providing related services.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
