Registrations are unable to be cancelled or transferred.
Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
Access details will be issued to the registered attendee email 24 hours prior to the live session. For registrations received after this time, access details will be issued within 24 hours of registering.
Where access details are not received, it is the responsibility of the registered attendee to contact admin@illumelearning.com.au. Please check any junk/spam folders first.
On-demand replay access will close at midnight AEST 30th November 2026. No extensions will be available under any circumstances.
