Ticket Sales: Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold for profit unless expressly authorised by the organiser.
Substitutions are permitted up to 24 hours before the event with prior written notice.
Right to Modify: The organiser reserves the right to alter the speaker lineup, venue, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Should there be a requirement to postpone an Event, registration fees paid will be carried across to rescheduled Event dates.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, the Organiser will offer a full refund but is not responsible for any costs incurred by Attendees (e.g. travel or accommodation).
Right of Admission: The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any patron behaving disruptively, aggressively, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and attendees may be charged for any damage caused.
Compliance: Attendees must comply with all venue rules, liquor licensing laws, and relevant public health mandates.
Personal Property: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings; the organiser and venue assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
Dietary Requirements: While the Organiser will make every reasonable effort to accommodate any dietary requirements arising from a substitution with less than 5 working days’ notice, it may not always be possible due to venue requirements and catering policies and there may be additional charges. Menus are subject to change.
The Organiser makes best endeavours to cater for dietary requirements. You must notify us of any dietary requirements by notifying us in writing not less than 5 working days in advance of the Event.
The Organiser does not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to food or drink consumed or items that the Attendee may come into contact with while attending the event.
Work, Health and Safety (WHS): Attendees must comply with all venue and public health requirements in place at the time of the event.
If you are unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please do not attend the event in person.
Photography and Media: The event may be recorded, and photography may be taken for promotional and archival purposes.
By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials.
Data and Privacy: Attendees may have their name and contact details included on the attendee list which may be distributed to other delegates and/or sponsors in relation to the specific event. If an attendee(s) does not wish to be listed in the attendee list, the attendee must note this in their registration.
Personal information collected during registration will be used to facilitate your participation in the event and may be shared with event partners or sponsors where applicable, in line with standard Privacy Policies.
Attendees to the event will be added to our database and event communications. Attendees may opt out at any time.
Attendees may opt out of sponsor or FSC communications at any time.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
