By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

We will strive to do our best to supply you with the tree size you select, but at the end of the day, the weather may dictate the final outcome.

If you need to change your book in time as we get closer to Christmas, please email Kaye at admin@sunshinecoastchristmastreefarm.com.au or use the "Contact Event Organiser" button to reschedule. When you request an alteration, ie. change of date & time, make sure you provide us with an alternate date & time that is available at the time of emailing us and we will process as soon as possible.

Refunds maybe provided in some circumstances, please contact the Event Organiser

Cancellation of your ticket prior to 1st December will incur a processing fee of $12.50 (25% of your deposit)
Cancellation of your ticket after 1st December will incur a processing fee of $25.00 (50% of your deposit)
