By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organizer.

During the workshop, photographs and videos may be taken for future publicity. If you do not want to appear in these, you need to contact the organizers on the day, otherwise your consent will be implied.

Cancellations of tickets: Up to 1 week prior - 100% of ticket price, up to 3 days prior - 50% of ticket price, less than 72 hours prior, no refund is available due to purchase of materials and lunch booking.

If purchasing for participants under 18 years of age, please include their full name and age. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There is a reduced ticked price of $60 for accompanying adults or carers who are not themselves participating.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
