By booking this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

* Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
* Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person by contacting VIVID Beauty Co. prior to the event.
*By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
* Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow everyone to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun.
* Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and any other items you need to be comfortable lying or sitting for approximately one hour.
* Wear comfortable clothing.
* This event is intended for relaxation and personal wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment.
* By attending, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing throughout the session.
* If you have any medical condition or concerns that may affect your ability to participate, please seek advice from your healthcare professional before attending.
* VIVID Beauty Co. reserves the right to refuse participation if it is considered unsafe for you or others.
