Event terms and conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending Breathwork and Sound for Dangerous Females, you agree to the following.
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Breathwork, movement and sound can bring up strong physical and emotional responses. You take part of your own free will and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session.
Release of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the organiser (Kate Robinson and PRANABEAT), the facilitators and practitioners involved in the event (including the sound practitioner), and the venue, The Joinery West End, and their staff, are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your participation, other than liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Not a substitute for medical care.
This session is a complementary wellbeing experience. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
Health and safety.
You confirm you have read the health information above in the event description and that you are well enough to take part. Please follow the facilitators' guidance at all times, and feel free to rest or step out of any part of the session whenever you need to.
Photography and filming.
Photos or video may be taken during the event for Dangerous Females and PRANABEAT promotion. If you would prefer not to appear, just let Kate know on the day and we will look after you.
Personal belongings.
Please keep your belongings with you. The organiser and the venue are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Tickets, refunds and transfers.
As this is a fundraising event, tickets are non-refundable. You are very welcome to pass your ticket to someone else, just let Kate know their name beforehand.
Changes or cancellation.
The organiser may need to adjust the program, timing or practitioners. In the unlikely event the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified and offered a transfer to a new date or a refund.
Entry.
The organiser may decline entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose participation may be unsafe for themselves or others. This event is for those aged 18 and over.
