By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Tickets will be audited to confirm eligibility for the ticket type purchased. In the event you have purchased the incorrect ticket type you will be contacted, your booking will be cancelled and you will be given the opportunity to purchase the correct ticket type. You must work permanently at SMA or be the guest of someone who does to attend this event (an ADF/APS Employee ID or contractor ODS number needs to be connected to your booking).

Cost includes individually served BBQ Platter - Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken Wings, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Pickles, Milk Bun & Pickled Onions, Entertainment. Transport is complimentary for all guests thank you to SAAF.
