EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in Pilates, exercise activities, sauna use, ice bath immersion, compression therapy, and other wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, muscle strains, adverse reactions, changes in heart rate or blood pressure, and, in rare cases, serious injury.
I confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to participate in these activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any concerns regarding my health or suitability for participation.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release Ember Movement, Shirvington Wines, event staff, contractors, instructors, sponsors, and venue representatives from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from my participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
I understand that wine will be available following the event and agree to consume alcohol responsibly.
I agree to immediately notify event staff of any injury, discomfort, medical condition, or concern that may affect my ability to participate safely.
I consent to photographs and videos being taken during the event and understand that these images may be used by Ember Movement and event partners for marketing and promotional purposes unless I notify the organisers otherwise before the event.
By completing my booking and attending the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
