1. Your VIRTUAL SEAT NUMBER acts as your RAFFLE TICKET NUMBER.
2. The raffle is conducted by the Bateman P&C. Raffle Permit Holder: Eleanor Mazza, on behalf of Bateman P&C, 0415 882 263, Permit Number: LS224813126
2. Tickets are $5.00 each.
3. Ticket sales commence on Monday 15 June 2026 and close prior to the raffle draw on Saturday 25 July 2026.
4. The raffle will be drawn on Saturday 25 July at the Parents Bingo Evening held at the Mount Pleasant Bowling Club.
5. Winners do not need to be present at the draw to claim their prize.
6. Winners not present at the event will be contacted by phone on Monday 27 July 2026.
7. Winners’ names will be published on the Bateman P&C Facebook page during the week commencing Monday 27 July 2026.
8. Prizes are as follows:
1st Prize – $500 Crown Voucher
2nd Prize – Family Zoo Voucher
3rd Prize – $100 Bunnings Voucher
4th Prize – $60 Bunnings Voucher
5th Prize – $50 Woodpeckers Pizza Voucher
6th Prize – $50 Bar Apothecary Voucher
9. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. The Bateman P&C reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal value if required.
11. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
12. All funds raised from the raffle will support Bateman P&C initiatives and activities for the school community.
13. A percentage of proceeds from this lottery will be paid to Trybooking Pty Ltd as a professional fundraiser.
