Important Information:
• This is a parent organised event and is not a St Mary's College school run activity.
• This is a strictly alcohol, vape and drug-free event.
• Security personnel and parent supervisors will be present throughout the event to assist in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
• Students are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.
• Any student whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the expectations of the event may be asked to leave. In such circumstances, a parent or guardian will be contacted and required to collect their child from the venue immediately.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging the safe arrival and collection of their child at the commencement and conclusion of the event.
• Entry is limited to ticket holders only.
• Ticket sales will close on Friday 23/10/2026 or earlier if sold out.
• Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, as event costs are committed in advance based on ticket sales.
