RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The S-Bound Raffle will be conducted by the S-Bound Fundraising Team at Castle Hill RSL on Friday 10 July 2026.

Raffle Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 9am (AEST) on Sunday 21 June 2026.

The Raffle closes at 8pm (AEST) on Friday 10 July 2026. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Relevant States
Entry to the Raffle is open to residents of New South Wales (NSW).

Residents of any other State and Territory are NOT PERMITTED to purchase tickets in the Raffle and are not eligible for any prizes.

Entry Conditions
Prizes must be collected by a person aged 18 years or older. Everyone is eligible to enter including Sploove and Splice crew families.

Verification Requirements
A person drawn as the Winner of a prize can collect their prize on the night of the showcase or will be contacted the day after the event if not in attendance at the fundraiser.

Maximum Number of Entries
There is no maximum number of entries. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open and tickets are available.

Prize Details
Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Winner(s) must provide evidence of proof of identity.

Draw Details
The Draw will take place at S-Bound on Friday 10 July 2026 at Castle Hill RSL Club, 77 Castle St, Castle Hill NSW 2154

Draw Method
Raffle Ticket stubs will be drawn at random. Online Raffle Ticket purchases will be converted into hardcopy Raffle Tickets.

Notification and Publication of Winners
The Winners not in attendance at the event will be contacted via phone.

Prize Claim Date
The Winner has 3 weeks to collect their prize from the draw date at Constant Groove Dance Studio, 13/4 Abbott Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147.

If you are the Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize within the valid period.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, S-Bound reserves the right to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the S-Bound fundraising account.

Terms and Conditions
If a Prize is unsatisfactory, the S-Bound Fundraising Team does not take responsibility and will not be liable.
