# Holiday Basketball Camp – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Lab Performance Holiday Basketball Camp, participants and their parent/guardian agree to the following terms and conditions:

### 1. Registration & Payment

* Full payment is required to secure a participant's place in the camp.
* Registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
* Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

### 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

* No refunds will be provided for participant cancellations, change of mind, non-attendance, illness, injury, or missed sessions.
* If a participant is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Lab Performance.
* In the event that Lab Performance cancels the camp, a full refund or credit will be provided.

### 3. Medical Information

* Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns during registration.
* Participants must not attend if they are suffering from a contagious illness.

### 4. Participant Conduct

* Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow athletes at all times.
* Lab Performance reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.
* No refund will be provided if a participant is removed from the camp due to misconduct.

### 5. Injury & Risk Acknowledgement

* Basketball and athletic training involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury.
* Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks when registering a participant.
* Participants must follow all coaching instructions and safety procedures.

### 6. Photography & Media

* Photographs and videos may be taken during the camp for promotional and marketing purposes.
* By registering, parents/guardians consent to the use of images and videos featuring participants unless written notice is provided prior to the commencement of the camp.

### 7. Personal Property

* Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
* Lab Performance accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

### 8. Program Changes

* Lab Performance reserves the right to make changes to coaches, schedules, activities, or camp structure where reasonably necessary.

### 9. Emergency Medical Treatment

* In the event of an emergency, parents/guardians authorise Lab Performance staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for the participant if they cannot be contacted immediately.
* Any costs associated with medical treatment remain the responsibility of the participant's parent/guardian.

### 10. Acceptance

Submission of a registration form and payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
