All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be offered, including in cases of change of mind, illness, or non-attendance.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Every person entering the venue requires a valid ticket. Children unable to sit on a lap and occupying a seat require their own ticket.

The performance program, cast, and running order are subject to change without notice.

Latecomers may be seated at a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of staff, to avoid disruption.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

Tickets are sold for a specific seat/tier. Please arrive early to take your allocated seat.

By attending, patrons consent to being photographed or filmed for event and promotional purposes.

In the unlikely event the performance is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
