Studio Hub Policies & Procedures

Please read before completing your booking.

Studio Hub is a child‑safe organisation. By booking a workshop, you agree to the following:

Child Safety & Supervision
• Children must follow facilitator instructions at all times for their safety.
• Drop‑off is permitted no earlier than the session start time.
• Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session.
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical, behavioural, and emergency information.

Medical & Allergy Information
• All medical conditions, allergies, and additional needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• If your child requires medication, an adult must remain contactable throughout the session.

Behaviour & Code of Conduct
• Studio Hub promotes a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour may result in a parent being called to collect the child.
• Parents agree to the Studio Hub Code of Conduct.

Creative Kids Vouchers
• Vouchers must be valid and submitted with the correct details.
• Incorrect or invalid vouchers may require payment by another method.

Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds follow the Studio Hub Booking Policy.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may not be refundable due to materials already purchased.

Photos & Media
• Photos may be taken during workshops for Studio Hub promotional use.
• You may opt out by selecting “No” in the Photo Permission section.

Safety & Injury Agreement
• While all care is taken, parents acknowledge that creative activities involve materials, tools, and equipment.
• Studio Hub is not responsible for accidental damage to clothing or personal items.
