Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes. Tickets will be available at the door throughout the event, subject to availability.
Does my Gala Night ticket include weekend entry?
Yes. All Gala Night tickets include complimentary entry to the Exhibition Weekend, allowing you to enjoy both experiences.
How long are Early Bird Gala tickets available?
Early Bird Gala tickets are available until 11:59pm on 28 June 2026. Standard Gala pricing applies from 29 June 2026.
Do children need a ticket?
Children aged 16 years and under receive free entry to the Exhibition Weekend.
Are children welcome?
Yes. The Exhibition Weekend is family-friendly and includes free children's activities, paid creative workshops and community art experiences.
Please note that Opening Night Gala is an adults-only event (18+).
Do I need to print my ticket?
Digital tickets displayed on your phone are accepted.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on site and in surrounding streets during exhibition hours.

By purchasing a ticket to DACE 2026 you agree to the following:

1. Event details
DACE 2026 Gala Night and Exhibition are held at Derinya Stadium, Derinya Primary School. Gala Night is on Friday 17 July 2026. Exhibition weekend is Saturday 18 July and Sunday 19 July 2026.
Gala tickets include one drink on arrival, a wine glass to keep, food throughout the evening, entertainment, first access to purchase artworks, jewellery and craft, and free entry to the exhibition all weekend.

2. Admission and behaviour
Entry is valid only for the session(s) stated on your ticket. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

3. Children and supervision
Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children’s free entry applies to the exhibition weekend only and does not include Gala Night.

4. Alcohol service (Gala)
Alcohol will be served in accordance with Victorian liquor licensing laws. Staff and volunteers may refuse service or ask for proof of age at any time. It is an offence to supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.

5. Photography and promotional use
Photographs and video may be taken at this event for Derinya Primary School and DACE promotional purposes, including use in print and digital channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise a committee member on arrival and avoid posed photographs.

6. Refunds, transfers and cancellations
All ticket sales are final, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price. Booking and card processing fees charged by TryBooking are subject to TryBooking’s terms and may not be refundable.

If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact the organiser to discuss available options. Any discretionary refunds or transfers are at the organiser’s sole discretion.

7. Health and safety
You must follow all reasonable instructions from staff and volunteers regarding safety, access and emergency procedures. Do not attend if you are unwell with a potentially contagious illness. The organiser may implement additional health measures in line with government or school requirements.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for loss or damage to personal property, or for personal injury, except where such loss, damage or injury is caused by our negligence.
