By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Registrations and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Cancellation by Attendee
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to angelo@drlazaris.com.

Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another attendee at no charge, provided written notice is given at least 7 days before the event.

Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date. The organiser is not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

CPD Points
CPD points are awarded upon full attendance and completion of the course. Partial attendance does not qualify for CPD points.

Photography and Recording
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in marketing materials. Please notify the organiser prior to the event if you do not wish to be photographed.

Dietary and Accessibility Requirements
Please advise any dietary or accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
