Homeschool Formal 2026 – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Homeschool Formal 2026 – The Grand Masquerade, attendees and their parent/guardian agree to the following:

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final and are not refundable for change of mind, change of circumstances, illness, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.
Tickets may not be transferred without prior approval from the event organisers.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organisers or is unable to proceed due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price paid, less any booking and transaction fees charged by the ticketing platform, where applicable.
Organisers will make every reasonable effort to notify attendees of any cancellation or significant event changes as soon as possible.

Behaviour and Safety
This is a drop-off event, supervised throughout the evening by parent volunteers from the homeschooling community. For safety reasons, attendees under 18 years of age must remain at the venue for the duration of the event unless collected by a parent or guardian.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, volunteers, venue staff, and organisers.
Any behaviour deemed unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive may result in the attendee being asked to leave the event. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

The event is strictly alcohol, vape, smoking, and drug free.

Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event and shared within private event groups for attendees and their families.
No photographs or videos of attendees will be used for public promotional or marketing purposes without prior permission.
Parents/guardians who have concerns regarding photography should contact the organisers before the event.

Changes to the Event

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, activities, entertainment, or venue arrangements if required.

Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
